It all started from nights out with close mates eating Korean food & conversations over Soju.

We wanted to share this same experience with as many people as we could - there was something special here.

Over the following year, we borrowed a kitchen to develop our menu, scoured every restaurant lease listing, overcame the national staff shortage, drank more Soju than anyone would recommend, and ended up with our twist on a Korean Suljib.

A couple of years down (with plenty of highs & lows along the way), now on the other side of the equation, we still get a kick to see customers enjoying the same experience which started this whole journey for us. Who knows what crazy ideas they might come up with...
